Refund Policy

DhamCabs is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund process. Please review the following terms carefully before requesting a refund.

Eligibility for Refund
If all refund eligibility criteria are met, the refundable amount will be credited to the original payment account within a few working days.

Service Issues
In the rare event that a reserved vehicle does not arrive, the passenger will be entitled to a full refund. However, DhamCabs will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle promptly. The passenger must contact the service provider immediately if they have already made separate arrangements on their own. No refund will be issued if the passenger fails to notify us about such cases.

Uncancelled Bookings
If a passenger requests a refund without cancelling the booking through the proper process, DhamCabs will not be liable to issue any refund.

No-Show Situations
For airport or scheduled pickups, if the passenger does not show up at the pickup point and fails to notify DhamCabs in advance, the fare will be non-refundable.
